Request a Process Map
You log into your Process Vault, create a new process map request, and give it a title and description. Tell us what the process is, who does it, and any context that helps our mapper understand the scope.
Record Your Walkthrough
Record yourself walking through the process using any screen recorder — Loom, Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Just walk through it naturally, narrating what you're doing and why. Then paste the video link into your process request.
We Create Your Map
One of our expert mappers watches your recording and builds a professional process map. If we have questions or need clarification, we'll message you directly in your process thread. You'll get a status update when your map is ready for review.
Review and Finalize
We post a link so you can review the draft map. You give us feedback through the chat thread in your portal. We make any updates and finalize. Your process is now documented, stored, and ready to use for training, onboarding, or handoffs.
